You may return any regularly priced items within 30 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. Any items received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
We apologize but we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, unlike other stores, your store credit never expires so you can purchase whatever you like whenever you like!
Returns are accepted at our discretion/after inspection only and items must be unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Shoe returns must include their box in original condition. Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface and briefly to check fit as we are unable to accept back shoes which have any wear to the soles or bottoms of them.
EXCEPTIONS: All sale/discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable. This includes sale items purchased as gifts as well as any items purchased with a discount code of over 10%.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly advise that you use a trackable/insurable method such as FedEx/UPS to return items to us as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your item(s) have been inspected and approved for return we will issue you a credit as soon as possible (usually within that week). Credit will be the total of your return minus shipping as we incurred that cost shipping the items to you. If you received free shipping our shipping cost will be deducted from your credit (will vary depending on the order).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please make sure to include your packing slip with your return.

Shipping
At this time we ship only to locations in the Continental U.S. via FedEx. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, AFB's, HRC's, etc... Only physical home or business addresses.
Shipping amount is calculated directly by FedEx and is determined by weight/number of items, your location, and type of shipping chosen. We do not have the ability to change their rates.
Your order begins processing immediately after it is placed so for that reason we are unable to accept cancellations so please check your cart carefully prior to checkout.
If you are iocal and wish to pickup in store please email us with what you would like and we will contact you to do phone order. This is the only way that can be done. Please note that items are not held until fully paid.
In the unlikely event your item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can and you will be refunded promptly.
